This creates a strong, stable joint which is resistant to injury and able to move freely as long as the muscles stay balanced. For instance, the ankle primarily needs mobility, the knee stability, the hip mobility, and so on. For instance, if a person has limited mobility in the hip, it might not only affect the hip joint but also place undue stress on the knee (a stability-oriented joint) and lower back.
